I had a great time capturing these photos of this child and family in Long Island, NY. We met in Forest Hills Park in Queens to capture this energetic child and her parents. And boy was she a little spit fire. Here are some of my favorites from their family photo session. After we finished, she got to ride the carousel. Of course I captured some photos there. Once that was done she got promised some ice cream and the family was off to Carvel.

Long Island Children’s Photography/Flushing Meadows Park Photo Session

Springtime is here……the birds are chirping and the beautiful flowers have all bloomed. I especially love the pink flowers on the branches. Since i also work as a skating coach at Worlds Ice Arena in Flushing Meadows Park, NY I get to spend lots of time in the park. One afternoon, I took a walk through the park and found a beautiful spot filled with these flowers for this children’s photo session. At first Julia wore a beautiful blue dress, I tried getting some posed shots with her holding the flowers and smelling them.

And then after taking the posed shots this happened…………….

She then changed into this beautiful pink dress, a stunning compliment with the pink flowers.

She picked a flower from the tree and……

TADA!

And then she became serious…….

We had a great time shooting these beautiful images. At the end, Julia got a big hug from her Mommy and went to get some ice cream.

Long Island Children’s Photography/ 6 Month Old Session

I recently got to photograph my friends son’s 6 Month pictures in New York. Although all babies are special, baby Cameron is extra special because he was a completely unexpected surprise for his mom and dad, and he was born premature. But no worries, as you can see from the photos, baby Cameron is doing just fine and is as happy as any baby can be. He was very excited and worked up when I came over to take his pictures (I think he liked me…;o)). He was very cooperative for a 6 month old and even allowed me to photograph him in a Santa Elf hat. Hopefully he won’t be too upset years later when he sees those pics….lol. And boy oh boy does he love his daddy. Can’t you tell?
